Before your appointment
- Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time. If you are running late, your treatment will be shortened accordingly, out of respect for the clients who follow.
- The durations shown are the estimated time you will spend at the spa: welcome, diagnosis, time in the treatment room, then drying or blow-dry, which vary according to the length, density and type of your hair.
- Every treatment begins with an assessment of your scalp and hair. Treatments cannot be carried out on hair with extensions, braids, weaves or dreadlocks, in the presence of lice or nits, or if there are any wounds on the scalp.
- To cancel, please let your spa know at least 24 hours in advance.
- Our massages, treatments and courses are cosmetic in purpose, not medical.
